Read the articles for today (check the current date on the whiteboard).  After reading an article or a few articles please write in your reading workshop notebook. You can write comments about what you read, ask questions about what you read, or make a connection to something that you read. You can do more than one of these of course!  As you write you may think of more things to add, that is fantastic!  Responding to reading about current events is very important.  Now enjoy reading and writing my fourth-grade friends!
