Weather

The weather is changing and it’s getting colder and unpredictable.  Please have your child dressed appropriately for the weather. Also, make sure they have an extra set of clothes in their backpacks regardless of the grade level.  Students can spill drinks or fall in the mud or puddles and this way they have their own clothes available to them.

Medications

Please make sure if your student needs to keep any medication at school, even over-the-counter cough drops, we need to have the medical authorization form before we can administer the medication.

Updated Phone Numbers and Emergency Contacts

If you get a new phone number or you want to change or add emergency contacts, it is extremely important that you let the office know.  If your child is sick, we must be able to contact a parent or emergency contact as soon as possible.

Vision/Dental Screenings

For all students new to Brentwood and all incoming Kindergarten students, the Health Office needs a copy of their vision test for 2018 and dental exam for 2018.  Please get these to the health office as soon as possible.

Missing Vaccinations

Please get those to the health office as soon as possible so your child can be compliant for the school year
